STELLA MARIS SCHOOL, VADGAONSHERI, PUNE - 14 GOVT. RECOG. PERMANENTLY UNAIDED MINORITY SCHOOL
NURSERY ADMISSIONS FOR THE YEAR 2025 - 2026
Date: 1st FEBRUARY, 2025 "Only one day"Timings: 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. (Only) Birth Date (Age) criteria: 01 - 06 - 2021 to 31 - 05 - 2022 (both days inclusive)

Submission of Forms:-

1. Submit Xerox copy of the following documents along with the application form to the school:-Original of the below certificates to be brought at the time of meeting.

1. Birth certificate of the child issued by Municipality / Gram Panchayat is mandatory, (for Christians baptism certificate and a letter of affiliation from the parish priest are also mandatory)

2. Passport / Aadhar card / Electricity bill for residential Address proof.

3. Those belonging to different caste categories must have their original & Xerox copy of the caste certificate.

4. Latest Family Photo (size 3½ inch X 5 inch). (Child with parents and siblings only - no uncle, aunty or grandparents.)

5. Salary certificate or Form 16 issued by your employer.

2. Nursery Application form to be filled online and then printout to be taken on A4 size paper.

3. Parents should come along with the child to submit duly filled form strictly as per the given date and time. Forms will be rejected if submitted after the specified date and time.

4. Those who do not satisfy the above conditions do not fill the Application Form

   If the above said documents are not attached to your application form, your form will not be accepted.
   * Kindly do not give any CASH to anyone on our behalf even to our employees.Also, do not give cash to anyone to pay your child's fees in our office.

PLEASE NOTE:-

1. This school does not accept any kind of donation. Beware of unscrupulous intermediaries who, for their personal gain, offer to intervene on your behalf. You could be deprived, both, of admission of your child as well as your hard earned money.

2. For various reasons the number of applications that we receive are well in excess of the number of children that we can admit. This, therefore, results in disappointment to all who cannot be accommodated while we do understand your concern as a parent, we trust, you will appreciate our constraints in case your child is not admitted.

3. After announcement of the admission result (as all seats would be filled up), it would not help to seek an appointment to put forward your case for special consideration. Your co-operation and understanding would be appreciated.

   Form should be submitted in the School hall as per the serial no. of the form mentioned.
