PLEASE CHECK YOUR SUBMISSION TIMING . AND KINDLY NOTE WITH PEN THE SERIAL NO.

PRINTED ON THE NAME LIST ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE CORNER. THE RESULTS WILL BE

DISPLAYED ACCORDING TO SERIAL NUMBER AND NOT THE NAME.  THANK YOU

   Submission  of  Forms is on   02/02/2026

·      Submit  Xerox  copy  of  the  following  documents  along  with 

        the application  form to  the school :-    

  Both Parents should come along with the child to submit duly filled

    form strictly  as per the given date and time.

 *     All Original and Xerox of  the  below certificates to  be  brought

       at  the  time  of  form submission :

   i)   Mandatory For all - Child’s birth  certificate

    & For Catholic - Baptism certificate and a letter of affiliation of the parish priest)    

   (ii)   Residential proof :  -  Passport / Aadhar card / Electricity bill / Rent agreement.

   (iii)   Caste certificate : Father/ Child Only. Mother’s caste certificate will not be accepted.

   (iv)   Salary  certificate  or   Form 16  issued by  your  employer.   

   If  the  above  said  documents  are  not  attached  to  your  application

  form,   your  form  will  not   be  accepted. Please staple all the

  required documents.       

*   Kindly do not give any CASH to anyone on our behalf even to our

     employees. Also do not give cash to anyone to pay your child’s fees

      in our office.

 PLEASE  NOTE :-

1.   This   school   does   not   accept   any   kind   of   donation.  Beware  of   unscrupulous

 intermediaries  who,  for  their  personal  gain,  offer    to  intervene  on your  behalf. You   

could  be deprived, both, of  admission of your child  as well as your  hard  earned money.      

 2.    For  various  reasons  the  number  of  applications that  we receive are  well in excess

the  number  of  children  that we  can  admit.  This,  therefore,  results  in  disappointment 

to  all  who  cannot  be accommodated  while we do understand your concern as a  parent,

we  trust,  you  will appreciate  our  constraints  in  case  your  child is  not  admitted.   

3.   After announcement of the admission result  (as all seats would  be filled up),  it 

  would not  help  to  seek  an  appointment  to  put forward  your  case for  special

 consideration.

  Your  co-operation and understanding  would  be  appreciated.
